Cryo Remedy Subscription & Automatic Renewal Policy
SUBSCRIBE & SAVE PROGRAM
Cryo Remedy offers an optional subscription program designed to provide convenient, automatic replenishment of eligible products.
Customers enrolled in our Subscribe & Save program receive 10% off eligible subscription purchases.
AUTOMATIC BILLING & DELIVERY
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Cryo Remedy to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval chosen during checkout.
Available delivery frequencies include every 30 days or every 60 days.
Recurring charges include the discounted product price, applicable shipping charges, and taxes.
Your subscription will continue until canceled.
SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
Customers may manage their subscriptions through the subscription management portal, including updating eligible account information, changing delivery schedules, skipping upcoming deliveries, or canceling future orders, where supported.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time without a cancellation fee or minimum purchase commitment.
To prevent an upcoming recurring charge, customers should cancel their subscription before the next scheduled billing date.
Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges and deliveries. Orders already processed remain subject to Cryo Remedy's Refund & Return Policy.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Subscription orders are subject to Cryo Remedy's standard Refund & Return Policy.
Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or when an error was made by Cryo Remedy.
SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNTS
The 10% subscription discount applies to eligible products while an active subscription is maintained.
Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.
Cryo Remedy may change subscription pricing or program terms prospectively, with any required advance notice and customer consent.
