Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Damaged Items: We are highly committed to making sure you receive outstanding products in perfect condition. If your order is damaged, we ask that you immediately contact us cryoremedy@gmail.com so that we can initiate an investigation and claim with UPS/USPS . We will need photos of items, the shipping box and labels. We are happy to help replace damaged items within 7 days of purchase. We would like to get you these products as soon as possible therefore we ask that you notify as soon as possible.
Since some of our products are used to produce cosmetics and ingredients must be verified unadulterated, (UN-opened/unused) we are unable to accept returns.

SHIPPING:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Once the package has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses. In the event that packages are returned to us, you will be refunded for the product cost only.
