Welcome to Cryo Remedy. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and purchases made through our website.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from Cryo Remedy, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. General Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You agree not to use our website, products, content, trademarks, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

Cryo Remedy reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict access to our website when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, unauthorized resale activity, or violations of these Terms.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, ingredients, sizes, availability, and other information.

However, product packaging, labeling, appearance, formulations, specifications, or other product details may occasionally change.

Colors and product appearance displayed electronically may also vary depending on your device or display settings.

Cryo Remedy reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information without prior notice.

3. Professional and Personal Use

Certain Cryo Remedy products are designed or marketed for professional spa, aesthetic, massage, cosmetic, or personal-care applications.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended application and for following applicable product instructions, warnings, equipment instructions, professional protocols, and applicable laws or regulations.

Purchasing a Cryo Remedy product does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a representation that a product is appropriate for every individual, procedure, device, or application.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. Cryo Remedy reserves the right to cancel or decline an order before shipment when reasonably necessary.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, business, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

In the event of an obvious pricing, typographical, technical, or promotional error, Cryo Remedy reserves the right to correct the error and cancel an affected order when permitted by law. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the terms provided with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:

• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases
• May be limited to one use per customer
• May exclude shipping, taxes, custom products, private-label products, wholesale orders, or other specified products

Cryo Remedy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers, subject to applicable law.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS from our distribution center in Venice, Florida.

Processing times, estimated transit times, expedited shipping information, address requirements, and procedures regarding delayed, damaged, or missing shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

UPS transit estimates are separate from Cryo Remedy's order processing times.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Returns, refunds, damaged shipments, defective products, and incorrect items are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within the timeframe stated in that policy.

Due to product safety, sanitation, and quality-control considerations, opened or used cosmetic, topical, personal-care, and professional-use products are generally not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when otherwise stated in our Refund & Return Policy or required by law.

9. Private-Label, Custom, Bulk, and Special Orders

Private-label, custom-labeled, custom-manufactured, specially formulated, bulk, and special-order products may require separate pricing, production schedules, minimum quantities, deposits, approvals, or other terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these products are final sale and non-returnable, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error attributable to Cryo Remedy.

Customers purchasing private-label or customized products are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable artwork, spelling, product names, label information, quantities, and other specifications before production.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

10. Wholesale and Resale

Wholesale, distributor, private-label, or resale customers may be subject to additional written terms, pricing arrangements, minimum order quantities, payment requirements, or agreements.

Unless Cryo Remedy expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, purchasing our products does not grant a customer ownership of or rights to Cryo Remedy trademarks, branding, product photographs, copyrighted materials, formulations, or other intellectual property.

Resellers are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their own businesses, advertising, representations, sales practices, and customers.

11. Product Storage and Handling

Customers are responsible for properly storing and handling products after delivery.

Cryo Remedy is not responsible for deterioration, contamination, damage, or changes to a product caused by improper storage, exposure to inappropriate temperatures, contamination, alteration, misuse, improper handling, or use inconsistent with applicable product instructions.

12. Intellectual Property

The Cryo Remedy name, logos, trademarks, website content, photographs, graphics, designs, text, product materials, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Cryo Remedy unless otherwise indicated.

Nothing contained on this website grants any license or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit, or commercially use Cryo Remedy intellectual property without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized use of Cryo Remedy intellectual property is prohibited.

13. Reviews, Feedback, and User-Submitted Content

If you submit a product review, testimonial, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to Cryo Remedy, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not violate another person's rights.

You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, obscene, infringing, or intentionally misleading content.

Cryo Remedy may moderate or remove submitted content where permitted by law and appropriate for the operation of our website.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Cryo Remedy's aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to Cryo Remedy for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Failure by Cryo Remedy to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Cryo Remedy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time.

Changes become effective when the revised Terms are posted on our website, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The version in effect at the time of a transaction will generally govern that transaction.
